By registering your animal via our online Registration Form you agree that you have read and agreed to our Terms and Conditions.

 

The Animal Agency reserves the right to make changes to the information on this website or to the services described therein without notice. Also, we shall have the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add or remove terms within the Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Changes shall be effective immediately.

 

You agree to review the Terms and Conditions periodically since subsequent use by you of this site shall constitute your acceptance of the latest version of these terms. It is the responsibility of all users to check these Terms and Conditions regularly.

 

We reserve the right to refuse to transact with any person and/or animal for any reason whatsoever and at our sole discretion.

 

The Animal Agency owns and controls all trade marks, copyright and other intellectual property rights in all content and material referred to on this website.  The use of any of the information, photographs or other material contained on this website is strictly prohibited without the express consent of The Animal Agency.  You must not modify, vary, obscure or delete any watermark or copyright tag from any copies.

 

To the fullest extent permitted at law, no liability is accepted for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage, including lost personal details and photographs resulting from access to and use of this website or the information and materials contained on it.

If you choose to register your animal via our website, then you will see that we only seek personal information that is reasonable and necessary to provide you with the best possible service.  The type of information we collect about you includes your name, address, phone number and email address.  We are committed to protecting your privacy and all your personal details are kept private.  However, by providing us with this personal information you are providing us express consent to collect, process, disclose and store this personal information for the purpose of meeting your requirements with our services.

 

Once you have registered your animal via our website, you provide express consent to us to send you communications via landline, mobile number, email and/or by sending you a SMS or MMS text message until such time as you unsubscribe from receiving such communications.

 

Should at any time, you wish to opt out from us holding your personal information or sending you communications then please contact us and let us know that you wish to unsubscribe from the website and The Animal Agency.

 

Fees:

 

Animal Owners:

 

The Animal Agency charges a fee to register your animal.  This cost covers creating your animal’s personal online profile and photo shoot, if desired. 

•  Annual registration fee- 200AED

This includes assessment, registration and an online profile

 

• Annual registration fee plus photo shoot- 600AED

This includes assessment, registration, a one-hour photo shoot and online portfolio.

• Fee’s will be waivered for any charitable animal organization or organization looking to register their animals.

 

 Agencies:

 

Fees for any work carried out will be discussed and agreed during your initial meeting with one of The Animal Agency representatives, prior to work commencing.

 

All transactions are billed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams.
